    tralogo 250Employees are honored in three categories: back of the house, front of the house and manager. Awards are presented at both chapter and state levels. This award is a great opportunity for employers to honor star employees whose contributions make their business a success.

    • Front of the House – Employees the customer interacts with (Host, Server, Bar Staff, Bus Staff)
    • Back of the House – Employees primarily in the kitchen/food prep area (Cooks, Chefs, Prep Staff)
    • Manager – Any employee with manager in their title (GM, Asst., Bar, Banquet, Kitchen, etc.)

    One state award winner from each category will receive: $1,000 cash, a crystal trophy, 2 tickets to the TRA President’s Gala to accept their award, including one night hotel stay and travel reimbursement up to $300, 2 tickets to the TRA Marketplace.

    Chapter award winners in each category receive $150 in cash and a plaque honoring their achievement.

    Eligibility: Candidate must be an employee of a TRA member foodservice operation
